Rooted in Regina
Dream and our predecessors are proud to be one of Saskatchewan’s largest home builders and land developers since the 1950’s. It has been a privilege to develop over 8500 acres of land throughout 25 neighbourhoods over the years. These neighbourhoods include Regina’s very own Wascana View, Lakeridge, Lakeridge Addition, Gardiner Heights, Varsity Park, ParkRidge, Lakewood and Woodland Grove to name a new.
Right here at home
Committed to the Industry
Cairns Homes was the first member of the Regina and Region Home Builders Association in 1955. This makes Dream the longest standing member of the association and proof of our commitment to building a stronger industry right here in Regina.
Our Vision
Bold ideas for better communities.
Founded in 1994 with a vision to revolutionize the way people live and work, Dream is one of Canada’s leading real estate companies, with over $27 billion in assets across North America and Europe. Responsible for some of the country’s most iconic and transformative projects, we always invest with purpose, embracing creativity, passion and innovation, delivering strong returns, while positively impacting the communities and the world around us.
Our Regina Communities
Over the years our communities have been woven into the lives of those in our city, whether a community path walked on the way to school, cooking with Grandma in her Cairns home or swinging on the park play structure with little ones, the places we create form environments where memories, friendships and opportunities are made for Regina residents.
The developers role
Setting the groundwork for a thriving community
Dream’s role is one of stewardship, working closely with partners and paying attention to every detail. That care helps build a place that adds to the city around it and feels good to part of. And you can see it. In the little things that give a home its charm. In the details that make a street feel lived in. In the way the neighbourhood invites people to settle in and stay. Setting the groundwork for a thriving community.
